Administrative Positions
The Director of Facilities role will lead the daily management and care for all Goodspeed Musicals properties. This includes hiring, training, managing, and scheduling facilities services staff. The Director acts as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders and participates in planning and budgeting of facilities/operations for the organization. As a member of the Senior Operations Team, the Director of Facilities will contribute to strategic planning of the organization through identifying and implementing methods for greater operational efficiency and reduced costs. The Director will advance the mission of our State’s leading producer of musical theatre in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan.

The Producing Assistant will exercise independent discretion and initiative in providing administrative support to the Associate Artistic Director and Artistic Director. The Box Office Supervisor will be an essential part of Goodspeed Musicals’ Box Office team, working in a fast-paced environment and creating a positive atmosphere. They will supervise the Box Office staff while assuring that all transactions are accurate and secure, maintaining excellent customer service for all patrons, and providing administrative support.

Front of House Positions
Ushers are responsible for delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our theatre patrons at both the Goodspeed Opera House and the Terris Theatre. As the face of hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and your friendly and professional demeanor will set the stage for an unparalleled event experience. This a Seasonal position (April-December).

Production Positions
The Scenic Artist Overhire is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all paint and surface treatments assigned to them by the Charge Scenic Artist (CSA) or Lead Scenic Artist (LS).
